The Kūkolu
Impact
Hala: Weaving Impact.
Connection. Continuity.
One Piko, Four Strands
The Changes
We Cultivate
The four strands describe how Kūkolu works. These five intended changes describe what the work is meant to produce. They are organization-wide outcomes, not separate programs. Each strand contributes to more than one outcome, and people, organizations, and communities may experience several at once.
Four strands. Five intended changes. One Piko- a living ecosystem in which wealth, knowledge, opportunity, and kuleana continue to circulate through our communities.
